Trading Fees on Buying and Selling

There is a 5% buy fee and a 5% sell fee for buying and selling ART from the POLP. These fees are used as follows.

2% is redistributed to all holders as ART.

2% is sent to the protocol treasury as USDC.

1% is taken as USDC and is matched with an equal value of ART from our reserves to add to the POLP. Once the reserves are completely empty, that last 1% is also redistributed to all holders as ART.
